Many famous faces of the past were home schooled. People such as Mark Twain, Booker T. Washington and Douglas MacArthur are just a few that have passed onto history’s screen. In comparison to today they had much less to work with, and they relied on simplified experiments, such as the attractions of magnets, to learn about the world around them. Homeschool science has a lot more options due to the use of internet. Online accredited schools, cds, virtual online learning, and free supplemental information are available for a student. Also, for homeschoolers to learn more about science a variety of companies carry products to help homeschoolers learn. Telescopes, microscopes, chemistry sets and mini geological rock and minerals sets can be purchased.
